Where Do We Ship?
We primarily ship to addresses in the UK and the USA for fast, dependable service. For international orders (e.g., Canada, EU countries), we can accommodate them on a case-by-case basis, but additional customs fees or duties may apply—these are your responsibility. We don’t ship to PO boxes or restricted areas; we only ship to street addresses. If your order includes bulky items like large-format printers, we might need to verify shipping feasibility before processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and size (printers can be heavier!). Here’s a quick overview:
- UK Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over £50. Otherwise, £4.99–£9.99 depending on size.
- USA Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Flat rates start at $5.99 for small accessories like toner cartridges.
- Express Shipping: Available for an extra fee (£/$10–$20), with 1–2 day delivery in the UK/USA.
- International: Starts at £/$15, plus any duties/taxes. We’ll provide an estimate upfront.
We partner with trusted carriers like Royal Mail, UPS, and FedEx to keep costs low and service high. No hidden fees—everything’s transparent at checkout.
Delivery Times
We process orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Here’s what to expect:
- UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days.
- USA Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Express: 1–2 business days in the UK/USA.
- International: 7–14 business days, depending on customs.
Delays can happen due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues, but we aim for on-time delivery 95% of the time. For printers (which might require special handling), we add an extra day for secure packaging. You’ll get a tracking number via email once shipped—check your spam if it doesn’t arrive!
Packaging and Handling
All items are packed with care: printers in reinforced boxes with foam inserts to prevent damage, and accessories like ink/toner in bubble-wrapped envelopes. Fragile labels are standard for printers. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos—we’ll replace it free of charge (shipping included).
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. Log in to the carrier’s site or use the link to monitor progress. If it’s lost in transit (rare, but it happens), we’ll investigate with the carrier and replace or refund within 10 business days.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

- Delays: If it’s over 7 days late in the UK/USA, contact us for a partial refund or expedited reship at no cost.

- Printers: Larger models (e.g., all-in-one or wide-format) may incur dimensional weight fees. We disassemble where possible for safer transit.
- Accessories: Ink/toner ships separately if hazardous (per regulations), but usually bundled for efficiency.
- Backordered Items: If a printer is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
Changes or Cancellations
You can cancel before processing (within 24 hours of the order). After that, contact us—we’ll do our best, but shipped items can’t be canceled. Partial cancellations (e.g., removing one toner cartridge) are possible pre-shipment.
